Something broken, something confusing, or something missing? Write to us. There is no support desk and no ticket number — the mail goes to the people who made the app, and we usually answer within a couple of days.
If you are reporting something broken, telling us your iPhone model and iOS version saves a round trip.
Common questions
Which cities are in the app?
Amsterdam and Madrid are in the app today. We are adding cities as we get lists worth shipping. If you want your city next, write to us and say so.
Can I add my own list?
Not yet. Right now we build the lists. Being able to make and share your own is the thing we most want to add.
Is there an Android version?
Not at the moment. friendtips is an iPhone app. If enough people ask, we will look at it seriously.
Something is wrong with a place
Hours change and places close. If you find one that is wrong, tell us which place and what is off, and we will fix the list.
