Common questions
How does Concerto know which song is playing?
It listens through the microphone and uses Shazam to recognise each song. It only listens after you tap start, and it stops when you tap stop.
Do I have to hold my phone up?
No. Tap start and put the phone in your pocket. Concerto finds songs from what the microphone hears in the room. To see what is playing, look at the Lock Screen.
What happens if my battery runs out?
Every song is saved as soon as Concerto finds it. The set list keeps every song found up to that moment.
Is there an Android version?
Not at the moment. Concerto is an iPhone app. If enough people ask, we will look at it seriously.
